My goals are for you to feel seen and understood, to provide space for processing emotions in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive way, and to join you in your journey to find congruence between your ideal and real self. I enjoy helping people who want to learn how to help themselves. You're the expert, I'm the guide. I appreciate finding what is feasible for you in your life along with identifying incremental goals to help you on your journey. Life can be hard. Let's figure out how to help you find who you are and what you want to become. I take an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing skills and techniques from a variety of modalities. The space we create is yours, I am here to help guide the process and utilize my knowledge to help you better your life. I work with clients ages 12 and older, and my clinical areas of focus include anxiety, trauma processing, self-esteem issues, identity exploration, perfectionism, life transitions, relationship issues, LGBTQ+ issues, grief and loss, and behavioral issues.
